Born on August 25, 1984 in Vologda, Russian SFSR, former Soviet Union, Anya Monzikova is a Russian-American model and actress. She lived in Russia until she was eight-years-old when she relocated to Florida. After graduating from high school, she moved to Los Angeles, California to become an actress. She is currently studying Wushu and taking stunt lessons, so that she can perform her own stunts whenever she is cast in an action film.

She played a guest starring role of Ivana Alexandrovna in Knight Rider. She played the role of Rebeca in the 2010 film Iron-Man 2.
In the year 2011, Anya played Sarah in the Syfy/The Asylum movie Zombie Apocalypse. In 2012, she appeared as Elena Romanova in an ABC Family show titled Melissa and Joey. She played the role of a prostitute in episode 12, season 2 of The Client List in 2013.
She got married to Josh Fritts on June 5, 2010. They had a son named August in 2014.
