Sex quality depends on your body shape and overall health. No one wants to have sex when they feel fatigue or have back pain, or can hardly take themselves to the kitchen. If you want to keep your sex drive high, you should keep fit. Physical exercises will boost your energy. Stretching is ideal before trying new positions. Jogging will help you control your breath. Work-out with your partner – the very sight of your sweaty bodies and stretchy pants will raise the heat, and keep your training going in the bedroom.
Ever Sexted?
Yes, you don’t have to be a teen to sext. Though you may think it’s a silly thing to do, statistics shows that almost one-third of married people have sent sexy messages or emails. Why don’t you try it with your significant other? Your hubby will be pleasantly surprised if you send a risky photo of you followed by an intriguing message. However, don’t cross the line in sexting. Do you still sleep in pajamas? PJs are usually sweet and cute – anything but sexy. Your husband does not see your femininity if you are dressed in cotton onesies. Want to have great sex? Forget about PJs. Leave them for PJ parties with friends. Try to sleep naked and feel each other’s bodies. Try a silky nightgown or lingerie. See what works better for you and what turns him on.

These gifts from the heart will make everyone feel all warm and fuzzy this winter.

I have to admit, each year my skin starts to crawl when I think about shopping for those holiday gifts. Don’t get me wrong, I love the people in my life and the idea of showing them how much they mean to me warms my heart, but the shopping and preparing and stressing, drives me crazy. <Insert your typical “true meaning of Christmas” lecture here.>

For me, it’s all about finding a balance so that I can stay true to my spiritual and environmental beliefs while also embracing the fun-filled traditions of the season, especially for my little one.

Here are a few of my personal tips on how to honor your spiritual side during the holiday gift-giving frenzy:

Serve Instead of Give: If you ask most people what they need more of, they’d probably tell you time. A great way to give your loved one something of value, while also honoring the environment, is to give services instead of products. Offering to make supper for one week or mow their lawn over the summer is a great start. And many times, just planning an extended visit is more than enough to show that you care.
Send Positive Vibes: It’s never too early to teach your children about the power of intention (and if it supports your belief system — the power of prayer). Take time to sit and close your eyes and send love and positive energy to your loved ones. Encourage your family to do the same. You can visualize sending beautiful colors to them, feel yourself sending warmth from your heart, or pray for their well-being. This type of gift is always free, it doesn’t take up any space, and it brings the most value for both the giver and the receiver.
Create, Create, Create: If you’d rather give something that they can unwrap, consider making the gift yourself. Homemade gifts are more meaningful, and the process of creating them shifts your mood. Any form of self-expression, such as crafting, calls your soul to the surface. And you don’t have to be Martha Stewart to try this, just start simple. It can be as easy as combining sea salt and baking soda in a decorative jar for a relaxing bath experience. Pinterest is also a great resource for craft ideas.
Exchange Rather Than Purchase: If you have children, a money-saving, environmentally friendly way to bring new toys into the house is to start an exchange with another family with children of similar ages. One child’s trash is another’s treasure. Consignment shops are also great resources for gently used toys.
Shop During Normal Hours: If you still feel called to do some traditional holiday shopping, try to stick to the normal store operating hours. Every year, store hours become longer and longer to support holiday shoppers. Think about all of the employees who are working mandatory overtime at ridiculous hours instead of spending time with their own family.
Donate: Buying gifts for needy families, donating gently used toys, and volunteering your time at local shelters are all great ways to care for those in need. You may also consider asking your children to choose one new toy they’ve received for the holiday and donate it before even opening it. This is a great way to teach them the joy of giving others something that is valuable to them.
Include Nature: Many times we think about family and friends when it comes to gift-giving, but don’t forget about the other living creatures that need our help. You can make edible animal-friendly decorations out of peanut butter and bird seed to decorate the trees outside. If you live in a suitable climate, you can plant a tree. Not only will you give back to the Earth, but you’ll shift your energy just by spending time in nature and taking in all that fresh air.

No matter what traditions you choose to embrace, the closer you align to your deepest beliefs, the more meaningful your holiday experience will be.

Vanessa Feltz – Series One

Poor old Vanessa went a little doolally during her four days (just HOW stressful can it be in just four days!?) in the Celebrity Big Brother House. Having found out her fellow housemates had nominated her for eviction, she went into a right old huff, snapping at the other celebrities and shouting swear words at Big Brother

Les Dennis – Series Two

Les spent much of his time in the house on his own, no doubt pondering life and the state of his marriage. That’s not to say he didn’t make any close friends in the house. On the contrary, he was soon on very good terms with the chickens in the garden, and often spent time chatting to them. Sure.

Jackie Stallone – Series Three

During her short four-day stint on the show, Jackie rubbed her fellow housemates up the wrong way but not pulling her weight and confessing to not knowing how to make tea or open a bottle of wine because she had skivvies at home that did that sort of stuff for her. But mainly she just terrified people with her just-got-out-of-bed face. Scary.

John McCririck – Series Three

With strong views and a none-too-delicate way with words, John caused controversy amongst the housemates. But his crowning glory came after Big Brother refused to supply him with his drink of choice, Diet Coke. Forced to go cold turkey, John was whipped into a frenzy, demanding Big Brother gave him his DC hit and eventually staging a three-day silent protest. Brilliant.

Chantelle Houghton – Series Four

But, as she fell in love with Preston on screen, the nation fell in love with her, and she emerged from the CBB house as winner. We can still remember Davina telling her “never to change” in her winner’s interview. Oh, how we wish she’s heeded those words. Instead she discovered plastic surgery, married and then divorced Preston, and ended up with Alex Reid. And we all know how THAT went.

George Galloway – Series Four

Whilst the papers bashed him on the outside (he was the MP for Bethnal Green and Bow at the time), George caused just as much drama inside the house, thanks to arguments with Jodie Marsh and Michael Barrymore, an attack on Preston and Chantelle, a particularly tight pink leotard and a moment of role play with Rula Lenska that is burned into our memory forever. The words ‘Would you like me to be the cat?’ will ring in our ears for all of eternity.

Pete Burns – Series Four

Not since Jackie Stallone had the house seen so much plastic on one housemate, and this coupled with Pete’s razor-sharp tongue made him quality viewing.

Shilpa Shetty – Series Five

The Bollywood actress suffered insult after insult and endured argument after argument with the terrible threesome, and yet somehow managed to (just about) keep her calm, dealing with what became a worldwide outrage with class and dignity.

Verne Troyer – Series Six

His time on the show gave us many highlights. The time he dressed up as Lionel Richie and sang Endless Love with Ulrika Jonsson. The time he kissed a doll (and tried to slip it the tongue).

Jedward – Series Eight

Things are always guaranteed to get a little crazy with Jedward around, and the boys didn’t disappoint on series eight. Where to start? Maybe with the striptease they performed for Kerry Katona? Or the tower of burnt toast they decided to build one day? Or perhaps the day they were made to dress as babies as punishment for acting up, or John’s staring contest with Corrie actor Lucien Laviscount? All excellent TV moments.
