Singer, Taylor Swift, played it safe and looked pretty and sweet in a nude floor length gown. It would have been nice to see Taylor step outside the box but she stayed true to her signature style.

Singer, Jessica Mauboy was a head turner in this gold sequined Alex Perry gown. Her hair and bold red lips tops off this Hollywood old-school glamour look.

Singer, Sarah De Bono looked elegant in her bright yellow Rachel Gilbert dress. This seemed like a surprising choice for De Bono, who usually rocks a more edgy look but the contrast of her fiery red hair, gave it that rocker edge.

TV host and DJ, Ruby Rose brought back some rock ‘n’ roll with her edgy Romance Was Born ultra mini. The ARIAs always brings some cute and quirky looks to the black carpet and Rose is known for pushing the boundaries. This was fun approach for music’s night of nights. Photo: Belinda Rolland.

Singer, Ricki-Lee Coulter, embraced the current neon trend in full force and rocked a hot pink mini Thakoon dress. The minimal accessories worked well with such a bright dress and the killer black heels, smokey eye and up-do was the perfect way to completed this look.

Presenter, Erin McNaught, looked stylish in a emerald green Emilio Pucci dress. The long flowing gown is elegant and sleek but the cut-out shapes and bejeweled sleeve gives it a sexy edge.

Singer, Missy Higgins showcased a new look in a chic An Ode to No One print dress. Higgins, who usually goes for a more understated approach, looked elegant and stylish in this feminine shape.

TV host, Casey Burgess wore a sophisticated black Rachel Gilbert design. While the longer sleeves would have allowed her to show some leg with a shorter a hemline, there is no denying that this is a sleek and elegant look.
