Michaela Conlin was born in 1978 in a small community of Allentown in Pennsylvania. She is a mixture of Chinese and Irish descent from both of her parents.
Conlin’s love for acting started when she was only six years old. She got a role after auditioning at a local production of The King and I.
Soon, Colin started to perform at the community theatre at seven years old. She starred in stage productions, such as Bye Bye Birdie and The Crucible.
After high school, she moved to New York to study acting. She studied at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she majored in fine arts in theatre.
While working towards her degree, she worked with theatre productions, including the Atlantic Theatre Company, the Playwrights Horizons Theatre, and the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory. She also flew to Amsterdam for a theatre training program.
Right after college, Conlin starred in a documentary series The It Factor. The show was about aspiring young actors in New York City who wants to make it big in the entertainment industry.
Following her appearance at the show, she landed on her TV debut for an episode at Law & Order as a guest star. She also appeared at the drama series The Division.
Conlin later moved to Los Angeles, where she landed her first lead role in the drama series MDs where she portrayed the character of Dr. Maggie Yang. She also played as a political consultant at the legal drama series The D.A.
Her acting breakthrough came when she starred as one of the lead cast at the famous FOX comedy-drama series Bones. She portrayed the role of Angela Montenegro, the hot forensic artist.
Before filming, Conlin took painting classes to understand her character as a forensic facial-reconstruction specialist. She later became a nominee for the Supporting Television Actress at the Asian Excellence Award. The TV show went on for a total of 12 years.
Aside from her television work, Conlin has her fair share of movie projects. She appeared in films, such as The Lincoln Lawyer, Open Window, and Love the Hard Way. Her most recent performance is in a 2020 comedy film Bad Trip. She played the role of Maria Li.
In 2019, Conlin gave birth to a baby boy named Charlie. Other than that, the American actress is very private when it comes to her family life.
In an interview with Maxim, Conlin shares that she feels good when she wears a nice dress and heels. Although the actress rarely wears a bikini, she sure has an incredible body, especially her ass and boobs.
