Born as Analeigh Christian Tipton on November 9, 1988 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, she is an American actress and fashion model. She is famous for reaching the third place on the cycle 11 of America’s Next Top Model and for her performances in films Crazy, Stupid, Love (2011), Warm Bodies (2013), and Two Night Stand (2014).
Analeigh Tipton started ice skating when she was only two and a half years of age. At the age of 8, her family moved to Sacramento, California and she attended school in Placerville, California.
She participated in four U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships. Tipton along with her partner, Phillip Cooke, twice won the regional championship, and took part in the U.S. Junior Figure Skating Championships on the Juvenile level. She retired from competitive skating when she was 16-years-old, but, continued skating in charity ice shows for AIDS foundations and to rebuild a rink damaged by fire.
Tipton attended Marymount College, Palos Verdes.
Before participating in America’s Next Top Model, Tipton was contracted to I Model & Talent in Los Angeles. She walked in the Los Angeles Fashion Week Fall 2008 for designer Kelly Nishimoto’s Fall 2008 collection, Imasu. Tipton signed up with Ford Models in Los Angeles and Abrams Artists Agency in the commercial and theatrical divisions. She has been featured on Spain’s Marie Claire, Seventeen Magazine’s December 2008-January 2009 edition, a mullti-page spread in Maxim and Vogue. She also did ads for Forever 21 and Guess.
In the year 2010, she modelled Geren Ford’s pre-fall 2010 collection. For Los Angeles Fashion Week, she walked for Skingraft and David Alexander for the S/S 2010 season. Tipton’s other credits on runway include Mercedes-Benz Fall Fashion Show, Ticket Fashion Show, Nick Verreos Line, Guess?, and America’s Next Top Model related fashion show.
In the year 2014, Tipton was the joint lead in a brief ABC comedy series titled Manhattan Love Story.
In the year 2018, she played the role of Avery’s date, Lauren, on a remake of Murphy Brown (Season 1, Episode 7 ‘A Lifetime of Achievement’).
