The 2015 Pirelli Calendar Is Here and It’s NSFW — and Covered in Latex

When we got a first glimpse of the 2015 Pirelli calendar back in July, we anticipated a very steamy year ahead — 12 months starring some of the sexiest new models to hit the scene, including Gigi Hadid, aka Miss November, and plus-size model Candice Huffine, Miss April.

Debuting today, the 42nd limited-edition Pirelli offering, entitled Calendar Girls 2015, is no disappointment. Styled by Carine Roitfeld, sultry makeup courtesy of none other than Pat Macgrath, and photographed by Steven Meisel, the theme in question is latex. “As a material, latex is a recurrent element in the shots: it’s beautiful, it’s versatile, and it has a sheen that makes it alluring. We used it to give the pictures a hint of fashion that would add to the beauty of the models and just a touch of humor too,” Roitfeld explained.

And from Joan Smalls’s statement-making boxing gloves to the shapely bustiers worn by Gigi Hadid and Candice Huffine, we definitely appreciate that it’s the shiny details and voluminous hair that tie these gorgeous ladies together, making the year feel whole — despite the lack of clothing.
