Matt Di Angelo and ballroom pro Flavia Cacace really kicked things off in the Strictly Come Dancing romance stakes when they got together in 2007 on the BBC show’s fifth series. The couple finished in second place with the ex-EastEnders star saying he missed out on the winners position because he was too busy chatting up Flavia. She was still with her professional partner and boyfriend Vincent Simone at the time. Unfortunately the pair split in 2010 blaming hectic work schedules.

9. Kara Tointon and Artem Chigvintsev

Kara Tointon and her professional dance partner Artem Chigvintsev got together on the 2010 series of Strictly. It looks as though these two are in it for the long haul, splitting their time between London and LA. Former soap star Kara, 29, recently described their relationship as ‘fantastic’, although we don’t hear wedding bells just yet.

8. Samuel Preston and Chantelle Houghton

These two met in the Celebrity Big Brother house in 2006 and tied the knot that same year. However, their whirlwind romance took a turn for the worse and they divorced the following year in 2007. Nevertheless, The Ordinary Boys star has been busy supporting his ex-wife through her split from Alex Reid, although last year he said a reconciliation would be ‘terrifically unlikely’. Chantelle, however, revealed this week she’s been receiving roses on a daily basis from a mystery admirer and has an inkling as to who it could be. Could it be Preston?

7. Zayn Malik and Rebecca Ferguson

One Direction star Zayn Malik and soul singer Rebecca Ferguson really hit it off on the 2010 series of The X Factor. They only lasted four months but Rebecca has been quick to comment on Zayn’s tumultuous relationship with Little Mixer Perrie Edwards. Mum-of-two Rebecca has hinted Zayn did the dirty and we’re still speculating as to what really went on. We’re sure it will all come out in the wash…

6. Mark Wright and Dougie Poynter

This unlikely bromance blossomed when TOWIE star Mark and McFly bassist Dougie headed Down Under for the 2011 series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! These two really were inseparable on the show, maybe even  Ant & Dec in the making. Their relationship appears to have fizzled out since but we’re hoping they’re just as close nowadays.

5. Jennifer Metcalfe and Sylvain Longchambon

Hollyoaks babe Jennifer and skating champ Sylvian fell for one another when they partnered up for the sixth series of Dancing On Ice in 2011. The good looking couple appeared to be picture perfect until the Frenchman returned to the rink last year and traded 29-year-old Jen in for Corrie sweetheart Samia Ghadie, dumping her on Christmas Day. Charming.

4. Samia Ghadie and Sylvain Longchambon

Sylvain’s done two series of DOI and he’s bagged a girlfriend both times. Impressive stuff. These two played it coy during their time on the ITV show despite the fact their blossoming romance was TV’s worst kept secret for a time. The couple officially confirmed their relationship status with a glossy photo shoot and are both adamant ‘it’s love’. Let’s hope so, after all the drama they’ve caused!

3. Simon Cowell and David Walliams

We all enjoyed Simon Cowell’s cheeky banter with Louis Walsh during their time on The X Factor judging panel but Si’s bromance capabilities reached new heights when he teamed up with David Walliams on Britain’s Got Talent last year. These two are continuously flirting and poking fun at one another and we can’t wait to see what they get up to on the show’s upcoming series. Their bromance has saved BGT’s flailing rating and Si knows it. Keep up the good work, boys!

2. Harry Styles and Caroline Flack

Ok, so these two didn’t actually get together when One Direction were on The X Factor back in 2010 but they hooked up at an X Factor after-party the following year, so it still counts! Caroline and Harry sparked controversy back in 2011 on the grounds of their 14 year age gap. He was 17 she was 31 and Directioners across the globe just couldn’t handle it. The unlikely couple split a few months later and remain friends, apparently. Meanwhile, Harry has been racking up girlfriends across the globe while Caroline is still tarnished with her cougar nickname, most recently having been accused of pursuing 2012 X Factor winner James Arthur.

1. Katie Price and Peter Andre

Katie Price and Peter Andre… the reality romance of all reality romances. Ever. These two got together after the third series of I’m A Celebrity came to a close in February 2004. They tied the knot in September 2005 and have two adorable children together.  They did fly-on-the-wall reality TV shows aplenty and even teamed up for an album, but we’ll gloss over that. They divorced in 2009, two days before their fourth wedding anniversary and have been at loggerheads ever since. She’s now on her third marriage and he’s dating a student. Cute.
