1. Tomato and Orange Soup

– 1/2 diced onion

– 1-2 avocado, peeled and chopped
– 3-4 cups of chopped spinach
– 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice
– basil
– black pepper, garlic to taste
– 3 cups of clear water
Put everything in blender and blend at least 30 seconds. It’s done!

4. Watermelon Gazpacho

– 6-8 slices of white bread
– 2-3 cups of water
– white wine vinegar ( 2-3 tablespoons)
– 50-70 gr of sliced almonds
– 1/2 peeled cucumber
Soak the bread in water for around 10 minutes. Then put all the ingredients in a pan, boil them for 25-30 minutes, chill and serve cold with almonds.
