Halle Bailey Feeling Sexy On The Boat

Actress Halle Bailey recently joined a number of other celebrities in Dubai for the grand opening of the new Atlantis The Royal hotel. During the celebration, Halle took a break and spent some time on a boat in front of the hotel.
