But summer is a great period for people who are on a diet or just a fan of healthy eating. There is huge amount of fresh vegetables, fruits and berries! So if you want to try something new but healthy and tasty – these salad recipes are just for you. Hurry up and give them try! They require minimal or no cooking at all.


Number 1 – Avocado salad
This salad is the first on the list because of this fruit. Avocado is high in healthy fats, it may help prevent cancer and of course this fruit helps lose weight. So for the perfect avocado salad you need:
– 1 avocado
– 2 tomatoes
– 60g of mozzarella or feta cheese
– 10- 12 ounces fresh arugula
– Lettuce
You can dress this salad with olive oil or vinegar. It looks simple but ‘Oh My God’ how tasty it is!


Number 2- Grilled Peach, Onion and Bacon Salad
